1. TENDER PURPOSE: NRC is looking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply of Petroleum products and other
vehicle related services to NRC. Duration of the LTA will be for a period of
two years.

2. TENDER DOCUMENTS: The Invitation to Bid “ITB” documents will
provide all relevant information in details; description of service, date,
time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested by
sending a letter of interest mentioning the company details and contact

3. TENDER PROCESS: All
interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
NRC Beirut Office, Logistics Dpt. 9th flr. Weavers Center, Clemenceau, Beirut, Lebanon.
4. CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 25 January 2019 at 11:00 AM.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
