International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) Funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) in partnership with Diakonie ACT Austria (DAA),is soliciting a tender for the rehabilitation and expansion of the community kitchen in El Mina - Tripoli with installation of a with solar system.
