NRC Consultancy: Learning Review on the CAMEALEON Model PR - 8100140
NRC is requesting competitive proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants, registered in their respective countries as LTD or Sole-Traders, interested in conducting a Learning Review on the CAMEALEON Model.
CAMEALEON is an NGO led network conducting independent research and analysis of the World Food Programme’s multi-purpose cash (MPC) programme. It is part of an innovative donor-agency approach to delivering assistance to Syrian refugees in Lebanon. CAMEALEON began in December 2017 and is co-managed by NRC (grant holder), Oxfam and Solidarités International.
We are seeking a consultant(s) to support a learning review of the project. The purpose is to map out the contributions of CAMEALEON to the Lebanon humanitarian response, identify key factors that affect the efficiency, effectiveness and accountability of CAMEALEON and generate learning on the global relevance of the CAMEALEON model in a given context and on the rollout of large-scale cash approaches

The “RFQ” documents will provide all relevant information in details, Pricing table, TOR, date, time of the submission of Tender
Closing date for requesting tender documents is 15 October at 00.00 Beirut Time. All requests after that date will not be considered.
Closing date for submitting the tender is 17 October 2019 at 9:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
