NRC: INVITATION TO BID (ITB) SUPPLY OF PLASTIC SHEETING ITEMS – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ITB Ref: 24 BEK 003
TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by several donors is seeking to establish Framework Agreement (FWA) or to have a preferred supplier that can offer competitive prices for Plastic Sheeting items all over Lebanon for two years for below items:
- Plastic sheeting heavy duty with at least 190g/m2, size of 4m x 5m
- Clear Plastic Film, Nylon transparent, 100-micron thickness, size of 4m x 5m
- Flex sheet with 440 g/m2 of minimum 60 sqm surface area.

TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The complete ITB documents in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the below link and before the deadline: April 22, 2024– 16:00 (Beirut, Lebanon local time).

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (April 24,2024-16:00). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by April 25,2024-16:00.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Deadline for submission of samples at NRC country office in Sin El Fil, Beirut / OR at NRC Bekaa office in Zahle, Ksara is April 30, 2024 (Working hrs 9:00 – 16:00)
Deadline for bids submission of bids is May 07, 2024, at 11:00 using eTB
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
