Admin support /Receptionist.

Under Skoun’s working contract.

This position, in cooperation with the Community Mental Health and Substance Use team, will have the following main responsibilities:

Job summary:

• Welcome patients
• Receive referrals and answer the calls
• Focal person for all appointments (CM, psychiatrist and therapist)
•  Managing the waiting area space
• Coordinate with the team: CMH supervisor, nurse, case managers, psychiatrist and therapists.
• Perform other duties if required

Tasks and duties:

1. Welcome patients

• Welcoming the persons for their appointments or walk in patients and visitors of the center.
• Explaining the service of the center for any person from the community interested who reach out the center.

1. Receive referrals and answer calls

• Receiving the people referred by the hospital, PHCs and any other organizations (by email, verbally, phone)
• Screen the case
• Explaining the services
• Orienting the person for external services if needed

1. Focal person of all the appointments

• Keeping the data of the daily schedule of each specialist
• Arranging appointments: clear the data daily
• Maintaining schedules and calendars of the staff

1. Manage the waiting area space:

• Paying attention to details and multitask
• Operating center equipment
• Handling logistical arrangements of meetings / conference/ visits 

1. Coordinate with the MH team:

• Coordinating with CMHSU supervisor to manage the referrals and appointments
• Attending meetings with the team when needed
• Participating to trainings
• In case of absent or leave, handover to CMHSU supervisor that will manage the receptionist tasks
