A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday Aug 17, 2018 at 11:00 am.
Bids must be submitted back in sealed envelopes to Mercy Corps Beirut Office on or before Wednesday Aug 27, 2018 at 10:00 am.
Only bids submitted in prescribed form will be considered.
