The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) wants to hire a Project Manager for a period of no less than 30 months. The selected person should be able to manage and handle the work of three components of a project related to public accountability and political participation.    

To develop education training packages for local NGOs and CSOs as well as general public, on the following subjects:
• The roles and responsibilities of elected and senior government officials.
• The roles and responsibilities of local governance stakeholders.
• The role of citizens in monitoring the work of the government.
• A guide on how citizens can reach out to their elected officials.
• The role of women in political life, and the importance of female.

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) wants to produce a short video about the importance of political and public participation for the youth. The video will be used as a part of trainings in public and private schools for secondary students.

To develop a curriculum designated for teachers as well as students, on gender norms and stereotypes, that includes interactive exercises and games, this curriculum will be available to schools across the country.

LADE is looking to hire an Executive Director to achieve LADE’s strategic goals and contribute to its vision through inspiring and leading LADE’s staff and volunteers.

LADE is looking for a Digital and Multimedia Officer to assist the Media and Communication Department in the technical and digital tasks.
The candidate will be responsible of working on and updating the visual identity of LADE, by creating visuals for presentations, events, projects and reports. He/she will also be responsible for all of LADE’s social media accounts, creating posts, follower interactions and project branding.
In addition, s/he will identify and maximise opportunities to raise the visibility and profile of LADE and manage the technical aspect of the Department’s needs.

LADE is looking to hire a dedicated Communication Officer to join our team. The Communication Officer will support our internal and external communications strategy, assist in writing publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media when needed, and coordinate promotional events. The Communication Officer is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Media and Communication Department.

LADE is looking for a Graphic Designer with social media skills to assist the media department in various tasks. The candidate will be responsible for creating visuals for presentations, events, projects and reports. He/she will also be responsible for all of LADE’s social media accounts, creating posts, follower interactions and project branding.

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) is looking to recruit a videographer/team to produce a documentary about its preparations for the 2018 election monitoring process and operation. The documentary shall include a separate segment focusing on  gender participation, that is a scrutinised monitoring process that evolves around a mainstreamed gender perspective.
