Procurement Secretary
Role and responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing the purchases orders.
• Assist in ensuring that URDA procurement policy and procedures are applied and respected
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations on time.
• Keep the vendor list and property report updated on monthly basis
• Check deliveries of purchased goods on the field.
• Assist in ensuring purchases are done on time with an inventory checkup.
• Document control, archiving and scan.
Required Competencies:
• Good communication skills
• Native Arabic speaker, good Level of English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
