Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will not only excel in project management but also demonstrate the ability to conceive, initiate, and execute projects from their inception. This individual should be a meticulous micro-manager, dedicated to overseeing projects with unwavering attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Project Creation and Management:
- Develop projects from concept to execution, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges.
- Utilize analytical skills to make informed decisions and adjustments to project strategies.
- Surveillance and Oversight:
- Maintain constant surveillance of project progress, addressing issues promptly to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Idea and Value Promotion:
- Actively spread innovative ideas and company values throughout the project lifecycle.
- Initiate and champion challenges, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lab Surveys and Events:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct surveys in AI labs and other digital technologies and innovation as well, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements.
- Plan and execute events to foster networking and collaboration within the AI space and other digital technologies and.
- Network and Matchmaking:
- Facilitate connections between businesses, ideas, and funds to promote synergy and growth.
- Engage in international networking, particularly with Paris & French Tech, Station F, and GCC areas.
- Grant Management:
- Proactively seek and apply for grants to support project initiatives.
- Manage the grant application process, ensuring compliance and successful grant acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Exceptional analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
