Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify potential corporate clients and develop a strategic approach to engage and onboard them.
- Arrange meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers to discuss their mental health needs and propose customized packages.
- Achieve sales targets by securing corporate contracts for mental health and well-being programs.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess the success of the implemented programs and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our services.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in corporate mental health.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with corporate clients.
Product Development & Administration:
- Work closely with the product development team to create and refine mental health packages based on feedback from clients and market demand.
- Ensure that all services and products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for internal use and for presentation to the management team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on client engagements and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Based in KSA or Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or HR solutions sectors.
- Strong understanding of corporate health initiatives and employee wellness programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

- Empathetic and consultative approach to sales and client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales figures and forecasts.
