Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify potential corporate clients and develop a strategic approach to engage and onboard them.
  • Arrange meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers to discuss their mental health needs and propose customized packages.
  • Achieve sales targets by securing corporate contracts for mental health and well-being programs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to a range of stakeholders.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to assess the success of the implemented programs and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our services.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in corporate mental health.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with corporate clients.

Product Development & Administration:

  • Work closely with the product development team to create and refine mental health packages based on feedback from clients and market demand.
  • Ensure that all services and products meet the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for internal use and for presentation to the management team.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates on client engagements and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Based in KSA or Dubai 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or HR solutions sectors.
  • Strong understanding of corporate health initiatives and employee wellness programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence corporate clients and close deals.
  • Empathetic and consultative approach to sales and client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sales figures and forecasts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
