Main responsibilities and tasks

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the work plan meets the objectives, targets and timeline of the project
  • Ensure that the project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Participate in the recruitment of Management and Financial trainers
  • Set and follow up on the outreach strategy by using new and effective promotional methods
  • Set a clear schedule for training in coordination with the trainers
  • Monitor and manage the trainers’ workflow and tasks
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, donor’s meetings, staff meetings and any essential meeting
  • Ensure that all the staff are able to identify at-risk cases and refer them to the caseworker
  • Follow up with the consultant regarding the market research
  • Lead the assessment process of the application of participants in coordination with the trainers
  • Oversee the grants distributions in coordination with the logistics officer

Monitoring and Evaluation Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all data related to the project (attendance sheets, registration sheets, follow up on drop out sheet) are documented, available and organized upon the request of the Center Manager and M&E team

Financial, Logistical and HR Responsibilities:

  • Create and update up to date procurement plans and ensure all the materials are ordered and delivered to the staff in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all of the tasks related to the HR, Finance, and logistics are in line with B&Z policies and procedures
  • Follow up upon staff leaves in collaboration with the human resources department
  • Control and monitor the project budget, and ensure all expenses are properly allocated as per budget lines

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three years experience in related field
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge in file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
