The Office Assistant will report to the Program Manager in Lebanon. The position is full-time and based in Beirut, Lebanon. The Office Assistant will be an integral part of the team, assisting with a variety of tasks, including: 
 
• Assisting with events such as trainings and conferences, including but not limited to event logistics, the preparation of agendas, printing of materials, and coordination with vendors. • Assisting the team with project-related work. • Responsible for administrative and programmatic support: o Administrative filing o Reception of guests and correspondences o Preparation of correspondences o Management of office supplies, event logistics, and clerical duties • Attending meetings as assigned and drafting minutes and memos accordingly. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager and/or Home Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, business, or related field is required. • At least three years of relevant work experience in project implementation support or administrative and accounting support. • Prior experience with donor-funded reform programs preferred, but not required. • Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities needed to perform effectively in a demanding position. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a team to support project objectives and priorities. • A diplomatic attitude and demonstrated professionalism to coordinate with technical consultants (Lebanese and foreign), interact with senior contacts, and work on high-level events. • Demonstrated commitment to ethics, transparency, and accountability in program implementation. • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, etc.) required. • Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English required.
