SCI is in the process of hiring an external counsellor/Psychologist (Individuals or Companies) to provide support sessions for SCI staff. The attached TOR and Evaluation Criteria has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response, should you wish.

Interested consultants/consultancy firms are required to submit their proposals to the following email address: [email protected] using the following subject line “PR448064 – Staff Counsellor – Bidder Name”.
Proposals must include the following:
- Technical proposal (refer to Section 1 – part 4 in the Evaluation Criteria)
- Company profile or Cover letter for individuals
- CVs and Supporting documents (refer to Section 1 – part 3 in the Evaluation Criteria)
- Evaluation Criteria attached filled and completed
- 3 reference letters from government bodies or International and Local organization
