ACTED, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for two lots for the following description of the services:

Description: Provision of staff medical insurance services under a one-year Framework

Delivery deadline: 2 – 3 days after request

Description: Provision of local insurance for expats for the work permits
Quantity: Refer to offer form

Delivery deadline: 2 – 3 days after request
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in english) may be downloaded from the website at https://daleel-madani.org/ under the section “Call for Tenders”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted on 15-4-2024 at 5:00 pm at ACTED office at the following address: 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower building (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Achrafieh, Beirut in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to [email protected], Cc [email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

A tender opening session will take place in April 2024 (exact date and time to be determined) in the ACTED representative office in 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower building (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Achrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
