Strategic Planning for NGOs | AUB NGOi Online Synchronous Course
The Non-Governmental Organizations Initiative (NGOi) at the AUB Global Health Institute is offering a new online synchronous course on Strategic Planning for NGOs.
This course is designed for members of the management teams of NGOs who wish to learn how to set up a proper strategic plan for their organization. The course will cover the different stages of strategic planning, including analysis of the organization’s current state, defining the organization’s future state, determining goals and objectives, implementation, and evaluation.
After the successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Develop a 3–5-year strategic plan
- Prepare annual working plans
- Monitor and evaluate the strategic plan

The duration of this course is 4 days. The course content covers a total of 30 hours including lecturing, case studies, homework, assessments, and other exercises.
