Proposals must be submitted to the following secured email ONLY  ([email protected])  not later than 12:00 hour on 20 May 2020, otherwise it will be considered invalid.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal. The technical proposal does not contain prices.

-Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRFP number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

Please note that a pre-bid meeting will take place on Thursday 07 May 2020 at 12:00 pm Beirut time.

• Please use the attached Financial Proposal Form (Price sheet for outsourcing of HR services (Annex 1 and 2).xlsx) for submitting your quotation in two forms excel and signed pdf.
