ACT for the Disappeared is seeking an Executive Director to:
• Supervise and provide guidance to the staff
• Ensure implementation and follow up of ACT’s projects
• Ensure proper planning, budgeting and reporting of projects
• Lead monitoring and evaluation
• Ensure close cooperation with ACT’s partners
• Lobby, advocate, network with all stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, finance, and reporting to donors
• Represent ACT in conferences, seminars, workshops, and other public forums
• Lead efforts on grant applications and other fundraising opportunities

ACT is seeking to hire a Research and Data Manager to supervise its documentation project.

In 2015, while continuing to push for a State mechanism to investigate the fate of the missing, ACT started a research project to gather and preserve information that are vital for any truth-seeking process.

ACT is looking for a creative and motivated Communication Officer to develop the communication strategy, make ACT more visible online and develop visual, audio-visual and printed material.

ACT is seeking to hire a communications intern to:
- Update the content of ACT's website
- Develop communications material for ACT to be printed and used on social media
- A leaflet describing ACT's work
- A short video describing ACT's work
- Infographics and other material to be shared online
- Support ACT's team in developing its online presence.

Act for the Disappeared (ACT) is a Lebanese human rights association founded in 2010. Its mission is to contribute to the clarification of the fate of the disappeared and missing persons in Lebanon, support the establishment of the National Commission on the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared Persons (law 105) and foster a sustainable reconciliation process and to prevent the recurrence of violence in the country. ACT is currently seeking a Project Manager with minimum of 5 years experience in project management and background in Psychology or Social Work.

Act for the Disappeared is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization based in Beirut. Act aims to clarify the fate of the thousands of forcibly disappeared and missing persons in Lebanon and contribute to a reunifying national reconciliation process, based on establishing facts and restoring the dignity of victims. ACT is seeking to hire a financial and administrative officer with experience in managing office and organisational finances, follow up on donor budgets and work on provisional budgets.
