This project will aim at promoting active and inclusive citizenship particularly amongst the country’s future change-makers: youth. By capacitating and equipping youth with the necessary tools to take part in reformative grassroots-level movements, they are able to engage in advocacy processes that combat GBV and insure the protection and representation of those most vulnerable –particularly women.

ABAAD is seeking a professional graphic designer and/or animator (can be individual and/or agency/company) to produce and upgrade the design of the BLSP curriculum.

ABAAD is looking to hire a Graphic Designer / to purchase Graphic Design services to develop the design of awareness pamphlets that will be distributed in ABAAD’s centers.

The designer shall ensure the translation of the pamphlets from English to Arabic.

The pamphlets will also be designed in Arabic.

It is also requested to print the pamphlets in order to distribute them to beneficiaries.

Position: Specialized Trainer

Requirement: Conduct capacity building workshops to train capacities of 60 women and 30 girls on soft skills to feel economically empowered to further advance and seek opportunities.

ABAAD is looking to receive quotations from translators who are able to work on Arabic, English and French documents.

The overall goal of this assignment is to conduct a qualitative research study on social norms, drivers and COVID-19 attributing to GBV among Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
The study will consider social norms and drivers in addition to impact of COVID-19 on GBV in Syria as a benchmark against which any changes of social norms and drivers of GBV in Lebanon, would be compared and analysed.

ABAAD - Resource Centre for Gender Equality - is a local NGO who has been implementing different projects in Lebanon since 2011. As we receive funds and grants from different donors, as part of the procurement we are requesting the quotation for (RFQ04062022-01 ) for the provision of Hygiene Kits.

The first track includes a research study with the purpose of evaluating the last electoral process (2018) through:

Identifying the specific barriers hindering the access of women to meaningful political participation in the parliament;
Conducting an in-depth analysis of the causes pertaining to these barriers;
Identifying good practices and means of amplifying them; and
Proposing a set of recommendations to promote meaningful interventions to empower and promote women’s participation in the public sphere that can be applied in preparation of the next electoral process in Lebanon.

Provide basic computer literacy and skills for different individuals in 3 different locations (Mount Lebanon, Beqaa, and North area)
