The “Identify, Interpret, and Respond” (IIR) project, a partnership between the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), ABAAD – Resource Centre for Gender Equality, and the Lebanese Union for People with Physical Disabilities (LUPD), supports Lebanese civil society’s ability to jointly advocate for meaningful political participation and prevent identity-based political discrimination and violence.

We at ABAAD organization are currently looking to request for service quotation for the braille and sign language for 4 videos (1st Videos: 4:02 min, 2nd Videos: 3:41 min, 3rd Videos: 2:50 min 4th Videos: 3:38 min). the quotation must be submitted by email.

The consultant is expected to propose specific methodologies they will use in the inception report to be submitted to Generation G Lebanon country partners for approval. These should demonstrate the use of mixed methods approach in arriving at findings and ensure data quality. Details on sampling strategy and quality assurance measures should be included in the inception report. In addition the report should elaborate on data collection methods, tools and timetables for the baseline study.

Search for Common Ground (Search), in partnership with ABAAD - Resource Center for Gender Equality (ABAAD), are implementing the Partners for Justice Project (April 2020 – December 2021) in Lebanon. This project will help reduce violence against women and girls in Lebanon by transforming the attitudes of men, women, boys and girls towards the patriarchal norms that define masculinities, and addressing the root causes of VAWG in public and private spheres.
