- Conduct the technical interview for social workers
- Conduct the induction and technical training for new recruits
- Manage and follow up on the Psycho-Social team work
- Evaluate the performance of the psycho-social team and provide recommendations
- Make sure that all measures taken are in line with the resilience program and implemented under the Lebanese Law
- Monitor the team’s response to hotline calls and the proper filling of corresponding documents
- Assign one psychosocial team per case according to the load of cases of each professional
- Validate the psychosocial team’s decision after being submitted by the team
