Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs to preschool children. Early childhood educators lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being.

The purpose of the position is to teach and educate refugee students according to their educational needs and abilities. The job holder is responsible to ensure that the selected target of children have the needed skills in quality non- formal education opportunities provided through BLN (Basic Literacy and Numeracy) program added to providing a quality learning environment for those students.

LOST is seeking to recruit a Speech Therapist in Baalbeck Hermel/ West Bekaa

The clinical psychologist is responsible for providing professional therapeutic services to in school and Dirasa children (out of school for more than 2 years Lebanese and Syrian children enrolled in private and private free schools in Akkar) in need for intervention, addressing mental health, emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues. The clinical psychologist will be collaborating with the IRC inclusion officer and caregivers to develop recovery plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and support individuals in achieving their therapeutic goals.

The speech therapist is responsible for preventing, assessing, diagnosing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children at school or under Dirasa(out of school for more than 2 years Lebanese and Syrian children enrolled in private and private free schools in Akkar) The therapists will be collaborating with the IRC inclusion officer and caregivers to develop treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and support individuals in achieving their therapeutic goals.

The agricultural development program aims to create farming opportunities while adopting an agro‐ecology approach and preserving the environment.
This project is implemented in the South area (Jezzine area in particular) and in the Aley caza (Rechmaya and surroundings) currently with the aim to extend to other areas with the outreach of new farmers requiring support in switching to agroecology.
