World Vision Lebanon is looking to procure 25 Refurbished (Class A) Photocopiers according to the RFQ table attached to be delivered to Akkar, Halba office.

Interested Suppliers are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Friday 29^th of March 2019 along with the requested documents.

•             Provide Letter from the Bank with Bank details

•             Provide ID of authorized Signatory مفوض بالتوقيع

•             Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents (Vat Document)

•             Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner) (Organization chart)

•             Provide last two years of audited financial statements or tax filing, or similar documents

•             Provide references from previous customers

•             Proof that company is clear of legal disputes in court for past 3 years

•             Sign Supplier Code of Conduct and WV’s Safeguarding document (attached)

•             Sign WV Anti-Corruption Policy (attached)

•             Sign WV Conflict of Interest (attached)

•             SRF (attached)
