World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. 

World Vision Lebanon is looking for a professional expert/company to deliver a A Holistic Approach to Addressing Child Labor among Syrian Refugees in Lebanon through Education and Child Protection - ( Type - Baseline ) .

To establish baseline assessment of key issues and indicators present in the project’s log frame in CP 
To enable the measurement of changes in the project's logframe indicators over the course of two years
To provide the project team with valid information for operational purposes

 - Baseline Start and End Date is from December 10,2018 - February 11, 2019
