624834 - Invitation to Bid I World Vision Lebanon I Media campaign

World Vision lebanon is looking for a media agency for the Production of a short documentary around the national segmentation research.

The media agency will develop a video highlighting the key findings of a national research on Lebanese parents’ perceptions on violent child discipline. The video will cover quantitative and qualitative information in addition to visuals and graphics.

World Vision Lebanon’s external engagement team will provide guidance the agency in terms of structure, story-board,  and content development.

 

  1. SCOPE OF THE WORK:

A - Production of a short documentary around the national segmentation research:

  • Description of the Assignment: The media agency will develop a video highlighting the key findings of a national research on Lebanese parents’ perceptions on violent child discipline. The video will cover quantitative and qualitative information in addition to visuals and graphics.

World Vision Lebanon’s external engagement team will provide guidance the agency in terms of structure, story-board,  and content development.

 

  • Specific Work
  • A. Video
  •  

 

  • Drafting the structure, storyboard and script of the short documentary based on but not limited of the literature review and history check provided by World Vision.
  • Editing raw footage of up to Focus Group Discussions produced internally
  • Infographics and Graphics for the provided data
  • VO is an internally recruited staff. VO recording and editing is the consultant’s responsibility.
  • Video length between 6 to 8 minutes
  • Provide a 15 to 30 seconds trailer
  • Share draft of the edited video upon which WVL external engagement department will share substantive feedback and input as much as required.
  • Draft versions to include music track with a license to use
  • Final version to include English subtitling
  • Submit final high resolution file of the film on an external hard drive and DVD
  • Delivery of all footage filmed for the production on hard drives
  • Final version shared as a soft copy, DVD, and on hard drive.

 

B – Production of a  Radio/TV spot

  • Description of the Assignment: As part of WVL’s efforts in raising public awareness and promote behavior change among Lebanese caregivers, a joint TV and Radio spot will be produced and disseminated across different local media outlets (in coordination with the ministry of information) The aim of the spot is not to blame the users of violence but rather to enlighten them on how much violence can be impactful on children , preferable from the perspective of  children and the importance of resorting to positive disciplining approaches

The Radio and TV spot is inspired but not limited to the VCD research quantitative and qualitative findings and aims at stressing on alternatives to violence against children and positive parenting.( Yes great)

 

  • Specific Work

 

  • Submit a combination of ideas that serve the purpose of the TVC and radio spot.
  •  Production of a 30 second Radio and TV spot
  • Share a first draft of the production upon which WVL external engagement department will share substantive feedback and input as much as required.
  • Handle the coordination with the local media outlets
  • Final version shared as a soft copy, DVD, and on hard drive.

 

C- Visuals for Social Media and Print

  • Description of the Assignment: A series of visuals for multi-purpose use will be produced reflecting key facts, advocacy messaging, findings, and solutions to Violent Child Discipline.

 

  • Specific Work

 

  • The consultant will provide creative concepts for the visuals
  • The WVL EE team will provide necessary guidance in terms of messaging
  • Given that WVL will handle the printing, the consultant will deliver the visual material in soft copy.

 

D - Design and implementation of public engagement activities

 

  •  Description of the Assignment:  WVL is looking to organize on-ground initiatives that encourage public interaction with the “It Takes a World to End Violence Against Children” campaign. These initiatives mainly target parents and their children and would ideally be located in public spaces.
  • Scope of Work:
  • The consultant will draft a preliminary concept on public engagement initiatives, with a focus on the following: Activity(ies), giveaway items, social media engagement (hashtag, polling, livestreaming, etc.), and visual setting.
  • The consultant is expected to advise WVL from a technical/logistical lens and lead on the A to Z implementation of the concept.
  • In this case though they cannot provide a qoitation. I prefer in the ToR to kky me took the concept for public engagement and giveaway items maybe and then. Please check with procurement on this

 

E - Campaign monitoring report

  • Description of the Assignment:  WVL aims to evaluate the impact of the campaign by assessing the campaign’s reach through a monitoring report presented by the consultant.
  • The report will include:
  • An assessment of the public events’ reach by reporting on the number of engagements/attendees on each event.
  • An assessment of the media reach in regards to the TVC and radio spot.
