Under the supervision of the TRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:

* Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations.

* Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence.

* Be a team player in the development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting staff during organizational growth.

* Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature and conducting outreach & education events/activities.

* Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
