Hospital Administration Director

The Administration Director is mainly responsible of :
- The overall performance, asset management and financial sustainability of the existing facility.
- Build and maintain strong medical management practices, quality care delivery system for patients care.
- Work with relevant Board Committees to develop strategies and a 5 year plan for the hospital and clinics and achieve strategic objectives
- Support the activities of Marketing and Fundraising
- Manage and motivate the organization staff and ensure highest quality and integrity
Minimum Requirements:
- Master degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, MD)
- At least 5 years of experience as senior executive in a community based healthcare organization
- Proven people management and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
