Community Based Organization Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall CP intervention by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities of local partners in accordance with grant agreements and TDH IT quality standards;
• Update, in collaboration with the team supervised, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for ongoing activities.
• Constantly updates the PM on the project progress or on any modifications that need to be taken regarding the implementation process;
• Ensure the best use of resources and support the Project Manager in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses;
• Conduct frequent field visits to all project sites of the CBO in North Bekaa to ensure the quality of service provided by the CBOs
• Establish an efficient remote control mechanism in case of not accessible areas due to security reasons;
• Maintain open and professional relations with implementing partners, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions;
• Assure that child protection standards are understood and applied and support CBOs in establishing a clear referral system.
• Represent TDH IT in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;
• Participate in the planning of new project proposals and in the implementation of assessment for new projects based on the strategy approved by the Delegation.
• To organize weekly meetings with CBOs, to share lessons learned, exchange experiences; and identify areas in need of capacity building.
• Any other task relevant to the position.
