Location: Kasarnaba, Bekaa, Lebanon
Mission of the Position: To Lead and Supervise a Team of Social Workers, Community Mobilizers, and Volunteers in the Field, to Implement the EFS (Emergency Family Support) Activities Targeting Selected “Refugee” and “Underprivileged” Communities in the Bekaa Region.
Objectives: Ensure Successful Implementation of Agreed Project Activities by Deploying and Managing Available Resources within Specified Budgets and Deadlines.
Key Performance Areas and Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Activities Specified in the EFS Project
- Supervise and Control the Team of social Workers, Community Mobilizers, and Volunteers, to Carry Out and Implement the Specified Activities within Approved Timeframes and Deadlines
- Coordinate with other Supervisors/ Focal Points looking after other Projects with SOS or ERP (Emergency Response Program)
- Carefully Ensure the Disbursement and Management of Cash and Funds Budgeted for EFS Project Activities, Keeping Track and Records of all such Disbursements, Invoices, and Payments; and Reporting, Reconciling and Consolidating on Daily basis.
- Monitor, Consolidate, and Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports showing Quantitative as well as Qualitative Analysis for all Activities within the EFS Project
- Ensure Appropriate Data Collection and Consolidation, and Provide Relevant Analysis and Reporting to help Identify Bottlenecks and Highlight Areas of Opportunity; Recommending Solutions as and where needed
- Provide the Team with Guidance and Leadership to Optimize Output; Assist them in Finding Solutions to Issues in the Field, or with Suppliers/ Service Providers, or Within the Team / Organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.
- Experience in a Supervisory Role within a Similar Organization or Program
- Project Management and Team Management of Social workers and Community Mobilizers
- Presentation, Excel, and Reporting Skills
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping/ Accounting/ Managing Cash is a plus.
- A demonstrated Sense of Urgency and Meeting Deadlines is a must
Reports to: The National Manager- ERP (Emergency Response Program)
