Responsibilities:
Strategy & content
- In collaboration with the IM Coordinator, set up and implement mobile messaging and communication campaigns strategy to align with project strategies
- Collaborate with MEAL Department (Complaints & referrals team) to ensure content and options tree consistency
- Support MEAL Department in organizing qualitative and quantitative research and design exercises for the development of the WhatsApp bot
- Build and maintain engaging Whatsapp bot content for beneficiairies’ use
- Based on CopyWriter consultant feedbacks, review content
- Build and animate end users focus group community for continuous feedbacks and improvement on content
- Provide English – Arabic translations both ways on messages content
Training & users support
- Produce and conduct training for digitally illiterate persons to learn how to use SI WhatsApp bot service.
- Conduct information campaigns and community assemblies in the field to ensure and facilitate the creation of the sites’ focal points/trainers community
- To work on the creation of the sites’ focal points/trainers with the implementation of a comprehensive/ participatory approach with the communities targeted.
- To ensure that sites’ focal points/trainers are provided with adequate support, training and to follow-up on their work and impact.
- Responding to comments and SI staff users in a timely manner
- Inform the community about SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program
Reporting & Documentation
- Conduct monitoring of the training activities, analysis of the data collection and planning of the activities accordingly.
- Monitor and report on feedbacks, reviews and use of the WhatsApp bot solution.
- Report daily activities, incidents, achievements and adaptations made to the system
- Represent SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL when necessary (during meetings and trainings, or in other SI programs)
- Develop end users documentation on communication system for internal staff users.
- Candidates should have a minimum one year old of experience in their driving license.
- Candidates should be willing to conduct weekly visits to our filed offices in Zahle and Minieh (a car is provided by the organisation).

Proven work experience as a community manager
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
BSc degree in Communication or relevant field
Excellent English & Arabic language skills
Experience
