يسرنا الاعلان عن نجاح الباقة الأولي من البرنامج التدريبي الخاص بالعاملين والناشطين في مجال العمل الاجتماعي. ونعلن عن إطلاق الباقة الثانية من البرنامج التي تتضمن أربعة مجالات تخصصية تقدم باللغة العربية في 10 و17و24 تشرين الثاني و 1 كانون الأول 2014 في منطقة الدامور (جبل لبنان) ستتكرر الورشة في الفترة الصباحية من الساعة التاسعة والنصف لغاية الثانية عشرة والنصف ظهرا. والفترة المسائية من الرابعة لغاية السابعة والنصف.
 ستقدم ورشات العمل الدكتورة رانيا منصور، التي تحمل شهادة الدكتوراة في تخصص النفس – اجتماعي ورسالة ماجستير في تنمية العمل الاجتماعي. دكتورة رانيا محاضرة في عدد من الجامعات ومدربة ومصممة برامج اجتماعية تنموية ومعها سيكتسب المشاركون/ات في هذه الورشة من خبرتها العملانية في العمل الاجتماعي. ستقدم ورشات عمل متخصصة ومكثفة في ما يلي: 
1.     مهارات القيادة في العمل.
2.     التوثيق والأرشفة في العمل الإجتماعي.
3.     أصول التواصل المهني الفعال/ الربط والتشبيك.
4.     إدارة الغضب.

إن رسوم المشاركة في الورشات الأربعة هو ١٠٠ (مئة) دولار أميركي، تدفع دفعة واحدة باليد في مركز سمارت سنتر الكائن في كليمنصو قبل ٣١ تشرين الأول من الساعة العاشرة صباحا وحتى الخامسة من بعد الظهر. أو من خلال  المصرف المعتمد:

Dear Social Worker and Activist,
 
We are pleased to announce the success of our first package organized last month of the Social Workers and Activists Training Program. This is the second package of the training program which will consist of four different courses in Arabic during four days: 10, 17,24 November and one December 2014. The same workshop will be repeated either in a morning session from 9 till 12:30 or in the afternoon from 4 till 7:30 pm. It will take place in Damour- Mount Lebanon.
Dr. Rania Mansour, will be your trainer in this program. She holds a PHD in Psycho-Sociology and a Masters in Social Work Development. As University instructor, trainer and social programs developer you will be able to gain a lot of her experience in the field of social work. She will be providing intensive workshops on the following topics:
1-      Business Leadership Skills                 
2-      Professional Documentation in Social work
3-   Professional Business Communication (Networking)
4-   Stress Management
We are sure that Dr. Mansour will help you to inspire and maximize your personal and professional potential; and explore new skills and tools.
On logistical level, we would like to drop your attention to the following:
1-      Registration:
You need to fill up an application to register in the workshops. The application will be sent to you after you send a 200 words letter of interest and CV to: [email protected]. Requesting the application and sending it back is not later than October 31, 2014.
2-      Payment fees:
You are kindly asked to send your participation fees; the total cost of the four workshops is 100 USD. You need to pay directly at SMART Center office in Clemenceau by cash or through bank transfer:

4-      Your Certificate:
Your commitment in four workshops will certify you to receive a Certificate of participation. After you confirm the payment of the workshop fees you will also receive an email for confirming the way your name is written to be used on the certificate that will hold your name.
