SCOPE OF WORK: The volunteer will provide support in executing the S4D curriculum planned by the organization and running the sessions and on and off-field.
- Always check to have a hard copies for both registration forms (Children 9 to 12- Youth 13-18)
- Full Name, Gender, and phone number, CODE, must be same as the updated baseline and that through checking regularly with baseline data before proceeding to the registration.
- Check Beneficiary Name or few details such as mother name, phone number on baseline to check if not previously registered.
- Checking the name and writing it same as their ID or UNHCR ID
- Make sure to fill all required questions, and Consent forms are signed by parents for children under 18 years old.
- Make sure to insert the correct information.
- Tablet should be always fully charged
- Insertion of data to tablet should be same as hard copy to avoid entering it twice.
- Send hard copies every week if possible to main office, arranged, closed, and covered.
- Collect attendance of participants in the activities, and fill in weekly reports as
- Assist in data filling for S4D sessions.
- Actively participate in trainings delivered by the organization, related to protection of beneficiaries and development of professional skills, delivered by the organization.
- Read and understand the games and drills of the S4D curriculum before a session to be able to assist in explaining them and applying them on the field.
- Identify children and youth at risk of harm or being harmed and refer them as per the procedure to the organization’s focal point for referral.
- Ensure that the children feel safe, comfortable and respected
- Ensure that all beneficiaries participate in the activities that are non-discriminatory as well as age and gender sensitive and appropriate.
- Respect and abide to the organization’s internal code of conduct and child protection policy.
- Ensure that all children, youth and caregivers are aware of any accountability/ complaint mechanisms.
- Ensure that parents/caregivers get frequent feedback about their child’s participation during the sessions.

- Other duties as assigned by the line manager to enable and develop SIF’s programs.
- Distribution of refreshments, or other needed materials during the session.
- Ensure all the session’s materials are available, functional, and kept in a good condition (Sports and exercise material, printed material, pens….)
- Ensure that the material appropriately used and later stored in a safe way at the end of the day
- Reporting to the line manager after every session and filling the requested template.
- Attend all meetings requested by managers upon needs.

- All co- facilitators / coaches / volunteers are required to adhere to SIF’s standards for professional conduct and its employment policies.
Requirements
- Secondary education is a plus
- Previous work experience with children
- Previous work experience with youth
- Good in written and spoken Arabic ( legible writing)
- Personal qualities: Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle pressure, enjoys working in the field, enjoys physical activity, values diversity, encourages openness and transparency, honest, good communications skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of child protection concepts and activities.
- Knowledge in sport and exercise especially football.
- Knowledge in first aid.
