The project raises women social participation and personal skills in finding suitable solutions to improve their neighborhood and situations:
Low economic levels of families and absence of women participation in their local environment.

Due to hard circumstances, women are affected and subject to discrimination, deprivation of learning, health, and participation
Emphasis is place on the important role of women to realize the social development of their communities.
