Web Developer/Web Designer for a new RLS Beirut Office website (Consultancy basis)

Responsibilities of the web developer/web designer:
We are looking for a web developer and web designer (preferably a team with previous work experience together) to design and develop the new RLS Beirut Office website.
Tasks of the web developer/web design
- Producing different sample sites for the new website taking into consideration the required content as well as objective of the website
- Discussing requirements and/or project progress with the RLS Beirut Office team on a regular basis
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Writing efficient code for the implementation of the website
- Creating the website using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a web designer and web developer
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Conceptual and social skills, willingness to work independently, responsible and motivated, good teamwork
- Sharing the understandings and values of RLS
