Invitation to bid: For the establishment of a frame agreement for the supply and delivery of medicines
Restart center for the Rehabilitation of Victims of Violence and Torture hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the supply and delivery of Medicines.

This ITB includes the following documents:
Attachment 1: ITB document– Instructions to Bidders ( please read this document thoroughly)
Attachment 2: Annex A- Technical Bid Form
Attachment 3: Annex B- Financial Bid Form
Attachment 4: Annex C- Tentative annual yearly forecast
Attachment 5: Annex D- Vendor Registration form
You are kindly requested to confirm reception of this email to the following address: [email protected] no later than Wednesday August 14, 2019 . The same email should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid.
If that is not the case, Restart center would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
Your offer, comprising of a Technical offer ( sealed in one envelop) and financial offer ( Sealed in another envelop) , together in a third sealed envelope, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.4 in the ITB document ( attachment 1) .
Should you require any clarification, kindly communicate with the contact persons identified in the ITB Document- Instruction to bidders ( Attachment 1) as the focal points for queries on this ITB.
