Description: 
  • Conduct Homework Support Groups (HSGs) on a daily basis
  • Monitor the attendance of the children on a daily basis and inform the CFE Field Supervisor about any absenteeism
  • Support the CFE Field Supervisors on implementing the Psychological Support Sessions (PSS) on a weekly basis
  • Identify and refer cases of children who are identified to have severe protection risks
  • Monitor and report any incident happens inside the classroom
  • Deliver instruction based on individual needs
  • Attend the staff meetings and any other meetings requested by the CFE Field Supervisors
  • Attend trainings requested by the CFE Field Supervisors
  • Encourage creativity and social interaction of children
  • Develop lessons plans
  • Organize activities for the students
  • Assist the CFE Field Supervisors in collecting midterms and final certificates
  • Assist CFE Field Supervisors in reporting
  • Manage classroom and refreshment distribution for children
  • Communicate and interact with parents, teachers, and students when needed
