Description:
- Collect and systemize information on progress of the sectors of each activity of the project being implemented by RI.
- Ensure that all field data is captured and segregated
- Ensure that all data is collected into Activity Info on a monthly basis Ensuring that all field-data is collected in a timely and efficient manner Ensures that all data is stored efficiently in soft and hard copies.
- Conduct qualitative data collection including. Coordinate closely and regularly with the Monitoring and Evaluation on all data collection, data entry, and data analysis..
- Liaise with Field Staff for field-visits.
- Plan and follow up on the timeline of all the M&E activities.
- Support the M&E Manager in developing a list of indicators per project in a user friendly database to enable the fulfillment of reporting obligations to donors.
- Facilitate meetings with project staff to reflect on findings and agree on an action plan. Represent RI through attending the necessary meetings and workshops.
- Provide supervision for enumerators throughout quantitative data collection.
- Assists in the design, creation, and implementation of different M&E tools including (needs assessment, baselines, On-Site monitoring, Post-Distribution monitoring, satisfaction surveys.. etc)
- Support the project teams in creating data-bases templates for their project activities.
- Ensure that project level means of verification are available and organized at the project site.
- Report immediately on achievements or difficulties faced on the field Report on the progress of AME activities on a daily and weekly basis Conduct regular monitoring field-visits to the project sites and submits the necessary field-reporting documentation with the relevant recommendations.
- Any additional tasks requested by the M&E Manager.
