ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruitment
- Ensure Job Descriptions are revised when necessary;
- Ensure that the recruitment policy is being implemented and respected;
- Post vacancies on different possible external resources;
- Process applications and shortlist qualified candidates;
- Create and regularly update database to archive received applications;
- Be the focal point for the communication with candidates throughout the entire process;
- Schedule technical tests and interviews;
- Watch technical tests sessions and attend interviews in Field & Coordination Offices;
- Conduct reference checks, and finalize recruitment files for validation;
- Send Job Offers to selected candidates.
2. Reporting
- Maintain and ensure the completion of all recruitment documents in HR files;
- Ensure that the recruitment files are compliant with the internal archiving system as well as Donors’ requirements;
- Report on a weekly basis and whenever requested all recruitment updates;
- Provide any needed analysis and suggestions for potential improvement.

PRIORITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Ensure the recruitment of vacant positions in an appropriate time manner;
- Ensure the respect and implementation of the recruitment process;
- Take part in the enhancement of the recruitment procedure.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Education degree: University degree in Human Recourses or a related field.
- Work experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position (NGOs/private companies).
- Skills:
- Good analytical and writing skills;
- High sense of ethics and confidentiality
- Well organized;
- Detailed-oriented;
- Autonomous;
- Able to take initiative to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work;
- Ability to adapt or change priorities according to the changing situation within a mission or the organization itself;
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer skills: Good knowledge of the MS office software including Word, Outlook. Excellent in Excel.
- Interests: Committed to engage in the humanitarian field.
