The Program Coordinator is responsible to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. He / she will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.
The Program coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams and has different skills in program development and human resources support.
The main goal of this position is to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the association’s standards. 
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

Planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensuring implementation of policies and practices
Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transaction
Continuous follow up with different parties to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. 

Main Duties:

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
Ensure implementation of PACES policies and practices.
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
Manage communications between area supervisors and the management team.
Help building positive relations within the team and external parties.
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (team space, video conferencing, presentations etc.)
Prepare different paperwork for the program execution.
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
Support growth and program development.
Coordinate between area supervisors, technical and the sport program manager.
Follow up the training program.
Monitoring and evaluation on the growth plan.
Participant on preparing the program needs based on the growth plan.
Coordinate and follow up the training camps.
Coordinate different workshops and training sessions.
Responsibility on the follow up of the clubs agreement and documents according to PACES requirements.
Preparing monthly plans activities to cover the PACES activities according to the action plan.
Leadership and Team player
Store’s inventory.
Follow up on the weekly and monthly visits for both technical and admin staff.
Preparing the required budgets based on the sport manger and country manger requests.
Responsibilities to follow up on the annual evaluation documents for all areas.
Provides all kind of information that required from sport manger and country manager.
Follow up on the implementation of the program’s tournament (locally or internationally).
Archiving.

 
Essential Skills:

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written, oral, cross –cultural).
Very strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied and changing workload.
Strong management and leadership skills to oversee and lead a large team of part-time coaches.
Strong representational skills.
Strong report writing skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Excellent knowledge of Internet communications technologies (Skype and Email)
Fluency both in written and oral Arabic and English.
Ability to travel.
Familiarity with sports programs for children will be an added value.
Valid clean driving license
Owning a car is a plus.
