NRC Invitation to Bid : CAR RENTAL 2019-2021 / 18-BEI-0021
NRC is seeking to establish a Long Term Agreement with a reputable car rental company that has a minimum
five years of experience in that domain, and can provides car rental services for two years. (See attached Eligible Bidders file)
How to apply
1.
TENDER DOCUMENTS: The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will
provide all relevant information in details; description of service, date,
time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested by
sending a letter of interest mentioning the company details and contact
person to the E-mail address: [email protected]

TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and
not by email in a sealed envelope to:
NRC Beirut Office, Logistics Dpt. 9th flr. Weaver Center, Clemenceau, Beirut, Lebanon.
Bids must registered at reception.
3.
CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 21
January 2019 at 11:00 AM. All bids submitted after
that date will be rejected.
