NRC: CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES on: “LHIF’s Impact and Effectiveness in 2017-2018 and Recommendations for the Future”.
Lebanon Humanitarian INGO Forum (LHIF) hosted by the Norwegian Refugee Council is a network of 47 international NGOs who are working to address the needs of refugees from Syria and vulnerable Lebanese and Palestinian communities throughout Lebanon.
LHIF, funded by ECHO, is seeking to engage Consultancy Firms with business trading license or Individual researchers that are registered as sole trader (one-man company) in a Consultancy Service on: “LHIF’s Impact and Effectiveness in 2017-2018 and Recommendations for the Future”.
This consultancy should be completed before December 27, 2018

How to apply
The “RFQ” documents will provide all relevant information in details, Pricing table, TOR, date, time of the submission of Tender
Closing date for requesting tender documents is 21 October at 00:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time (GMT+3). All requests after that date will not be considered.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the tender is 25 October 2018 at 13:00 Beirut Time (GMT+3). All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
