Responsibilities and Tasks
The candidate will  work under the supervision of the Mental Health program Coordinator  and will  be responsible to :

Assign appointments to the families coming to the FGC Beirut
Fill the first interview questionnaire with the families
Organize files for the cases received at the center
Follow-up  with the families in case of absence or interruption
Attend the weekly staff  team meeting
Attend any other needed meeting
Report on meetings and follow-up on decisions taken
Home visits to the families upon request of the  team of professionals
Report on home visits
Visit schools and institutions  and reporting on visits
Follow-on the sponsorship project
Maintain timely and accurate records and data base entries of all mentioned tasks
Maintain  professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops when needed
Contribute to  team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Keep  record of  the  daily and monthly  expenses of the center
Any other required  task
