The multiple crises that have been repeatedly hitting Lebanon, are leaving many individuals - including challenged youths and women - without the needed skills for finding jobs and sustaining their future.
And of course, the situation is always worse for those suffering from any disability or living in challenging conditions; the risk being higher for them to engage in illegal activities.

Since 1998, Mouvement Social’s community-based approach to Technical and Vocational Education & Training has allowed us to reach a quite advanced knowledge in the field.
Thousands of women, and young girls & boys have successfully graduated from our programs to date.

Overall Objectives:
Mouvement Social’s role is empowering these challenged individuals by providing them with adequate vocational trainings, supporting them psychologically and nurturing their skills, while directing their work preferences towards meeting real market needs and opportunities. Such trainings could even start with basic literacy and numeracy learning, and continue with enrolment in formal education, vocational training, civic engagement, life skills acquisition to reach healthier lifestyles and increase their employability levels, and even internships in their related fields.
