MOSAIC, the MENA Organization for Services, Advocacy, Integration and Capacity building, is a holistic program committed to improve the health and wellness of LGBTIQ persons in Lebanon and beyond. Through its national presence in Lebanon and its regional networks in the MENA region, MOSAIC strategic goal is to achieve the coexistence of people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities (SOGI) in LGBTIQ-friendly communities and national systems. Founded by LGBTIQ activists and legal and health experts, MOSAIC will provide comprehensive services for LGBTIQ persons, research and advocate for policy reform, build knowledge and capacities on SOGI issues, and engage heterosexuals and LGBTIQ persons in the fight against homophobia.

Job Vacancies

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer ensures the implementation of monitoring and evaluation policies and strategies, focusing on the following:

Participate in and contribute to the finalization of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the project;
Develop monitoring and evaluation tools;
Provide technical support to the Program staff to strengthen their monitoring and evaluation system;

• In collaboration with MOSAIC’s director, provide technical leadership related to project design and development, planning implementation, and overall project management of projects;
• Oversee the implementation of the projects in MOSAIC, ensuring a standard of quality in all aspects of the projects;
• Provide ongoing oversight, training, and guidance to staff to ensure programming meets best practice standards and prioritizes the safety and security of beneficiaries and staff;
