Invitation to Bid– Preferred Supplier Agreement for Provision of Trucks repair

MAG is inviting competent, professional and established suppliers’/service providers capable to supply to the above location and does have a valid registration, Tax documents to respond to the Bid.

 

The aim of this Bidding process is to select one or multiple suppliers with whom to sign a Framework Agreement (FWA) for the duration of one year for the provision of the above-mentioned goods.

             Three Scania Trucks repair

•          Repair Full Automatic Gear box (Scania GA763 /3 Hydraulic ration and 3 mechanical Ratios.

•          Change 6 brake Pads .

•          Repair or change the injection pump Bosch PE6P 110A high speed 2550r/min .

•          Change all oils and filters .

•          Exhaust pipe repair and changing silencer .

•          Change spring brake chamber x 6 .

•          Repair or change Transmission electronic control unit .

•          Change Battery x 2 ( 150 AMP )

•          Full check for electric system .

•          Lamination work where is needed .

•          Change Tires 445/65R22.5 x 6 .

              Bedford Truck Repair

•          Add two Hydraulic ramps / 2.5m x 50 cm .

•          Repair the manual gear box / 6 manual speed .

•          Change the Fuel Pump .

•          Change Clutch and separator drive .

•          Change 4 Brake Pads .

•          Change 4 ball Joints .

•          Change exhaust .

•          Change all oil and filters .

•          Change Battery x 2 ( 200 AMP ).

•          Change Tires 445/65R22.5 x 4 .

•          Full check for electric system .

•          Lamination work where is needed .

•          Full paint

How to apply

1. The Contracting Authority must receive the tenders before the closure date specified in section

2. They must include all the documents specified in section 11 of these Instructions and be sent to the following address Completed tender documents should be submitted to [email protected], or deposited in the MAG Lebanon tender box situated at Salami Building, Der El Zahrani Main road, Nabatieh between the hours of 8am to 15:30pm.

 

All tenders, including annexes and all supporting documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing only

  • the submission address
  • the reference code of this tender procedure
  • the items tendered for
  • the words ‘Not to be opened before the tender opening session’ in English
  • the name of the tenderer.
