Mercy Corps - RFP # 7943 - Mentoring Sessions

Mercy Corps is aiming to establish a partnership with local or community-based organizations to recruit mentors from different backgrounds in order to empower women and youth to play a more active economic role within their households and communities by providing mentoring sessions for up to 100 youth per year per area (Bekaa and South), equivalent to 9 per month. Mentees will be aged between 16 and 34, from Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian nationalities. The mentoring sessions will cover different topics based on the mentee’s requirements, such topics may include but are not limited to:

Career development (CV writing, Interview skills, job search, etc..)

Communication and networking skills (presentation skills, negotiating skills, work ethics, conflict management, etc..)

Time management (setting priorities, planning & scheduling, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, etc..)

Personal Development (Self-confidence, Motivation, Optimism / Positivity / Happiness)

Soft skills development (Stress management, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, etc…)

Safety and healthy behaviors

Other...
