Management Systems International, through the Building Alliances for Local Advancement, Development, and Investment – Capacity Building Lebanon Project (BALADI CAP), seeks a service provider to conduct Post Benchmark Assessments to 37 Lebanese targeted municipalities across predefined criteria. All proposals submitted via e-mail must state in the subject line “RFP No. 605100.06.18.25.” Proposals received after the due date may not be considered.
