Makassed Communal Health Care Bureau

The Communal Health Care Bureau is the outreach program of the Makassed Health sector, that implements Primary Health Care Services. It represents the closest most reachable means to the citizens that provides them with their basic preventive and health care needs.
The Health Care Bureau works to ensure early detection of dis-eases and management of chronic patients, as well as to ensure safe pregnancy and child development by providing maternal and child health care.
The bureau’s objectives are to provide a healthful environment for physical and mental growth, to im-prove the general living conditions of the community and to in-struct children and youth so as to conserve their own health.
MCHCB aims to develop health consciousness in the community and to improve the quality of life through the implementation of literacy and vocational trainings.
