Job Description:
- Review the formal curriculum and have full knowledge and understanding about it
- Transfer her/his technical skills to the trainers
- Make sure that the trainers will acquire all the needed competencies to start transfering the information
- Report daily all details, challenges and suggestions during the ToT to the focal point of the organisation concerning the trainers, materials and classes
- Evaluate the trainers
- Narrate a final report on all the above.
Qualifications:
- Great Experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
- Good social and personal relationships.
- Good Communication skills.
- Have an Educational Background.
- Have good experience in ToTs.
- Good English technical words knowledge.
