Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the effective and timely execution of Procurement Archiving System through archiving, filing and scanning administrative and procurement documents as required.
- Update the procurement tracking sheet and inform LRC departments on the status of their requisitions.
- Photocopy and divide the trails of closed procurement and disseminate one copy to the Finance Department.
- Follow up with the suppliers to ensure timely and effective supply and delivery of goods, services and work.
