Learning And Teaching History: Lessons From And For Lebanon

Education researchers and history schoolteachers convened for two days to present empirical studies and classroom experiences to a group of participants comprising history education teachers, education policy makers and education researchers. Participants engaged in a World Café activity on the second day.
The proceedings collected the papers presented and reported on thought-provoking conversations that took place during the roundtable discussions. The entirety of the conference was recorded through digital audio and translated at the LAES.

Overall Objectives: 
Researchers, educationalists, teachers and graduate students were invited to submit presentation proposals that addressed issues related to history education at national and international contexts.
